1. Campaign Overview
FHSEmpire Lucky Draw 2026 ("the Campaign") is a promotional event organized by Faris Helmet Store ("the Organizer"). The Campaign rewards customers who purchase official FHSEmpire merchandise with an opportunity to win exciting prizes through a random lucky draw.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Lucky Draw, participants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of purchase
- Be a resident of Malaysia with a valid Malaysian address
- Provide a valid WhatsApp number for winner notification
- Complete a successful purchase through our official website
- Agree to these Terms & Conditions
⚠️ Employees, agents, and immediate family members of Faris Helmet Store are NOT eligible to win major prizes (Honda EX5, Gold Bars).
3. How to Enter
- Visit the official FHSEmpire website at www.fhsempire.com
- Select your T-Shirt size and quantity
- Complete the checkout process with valid information
- Make payment via ToyyibPay
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a Lucky Draw Entry Number

4. Prizes

5. Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected through a computerized random draw
- The draw will be conducted LIVE and recorded for transparency
- The draw will take place within 30 days after the campaign end date
- All entry numbers will be included in the draw pool
- The random selection process will be overseen by an independent party
6. Winner Notification
- Winners will be notified via WhatsApp to the number provided during purchase
- Winners will also be announced on our official Facebook and Instagram pages
- Notification will be sent within 48 hours of the draw
- Winners must respond within 14 days to claim their prize
⚠️ IMPORTANT: If a winner does not respond or claim their prize within 14 days, the prize will be FORFEITED and may be redrawn to another participant.
7. Prize Claim & Delivery
- Winners must provide valid identification (IC/Passport) for verification
- Winners must be available for prize handover or provide a valid delivery address
- Grand Prize (Honda EX5): Physical handover ceremony, travel expenses NOT included
- Gold Bars & Helmets: Delivery within 30 days of claim, or self-pickup
- Other Prizes: Standard delivery within 14 days
8. Disqualification
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Provides false or misleading information
- Attempts to tamper with the entry process
- Uses fraudulent payment methods
- Has their payment reversed or charged back
- Violates any of these Terms & Conditions
- Is found to be an ineligible participant after the draw
9. Personal Data
By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Winner names and photos may be used for promotional purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
- The Organizer is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries
- The Organizer is not liable for any technical failures affecting participation
- The Organizer is not responsible for any taxes applicable to prizes
- Participation is at the participant's own risk
11. Campaign Modifications
The Organizer reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time
- Amend these terms without prior notice
- Make decisions on any matters not covered by these terms
All decisions by the Organizer are final and binding.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
