3. Eligibility

To participate in FHSEmpire Lucky Draw:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be a resident of Malaysia
• You must provide valid contact information
• You must complete a valid purchase through our payment gateway

4. How It Works

The FHSEmpire Lucky Draw operates as follows:

1. Purchase a limited edition FHSEmpire T-Shirt through our website
2. Each T-Shirt purchase entitles you to ONE (1) Lucky Draw entry
3. Multiple purchases = Multiple entries
4. Lucky Draw will be conducted after the campaign ends
5. Winners will be notified via WhatsApp and announced on our official channels

5. Prizes

Prizes for FHSEmpire Lucky Draw 2026 include but are not limited to:

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be selected randomly using a computerized random selection method
• The draw will be conducted live and recorded for transparency
• Winners will be contacted via the WhatsApp number provided during purchase
• Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification
• Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and may be re-drawn

7. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely via ToyyibPay
• Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
• Payment must be completed to confirm your order and Lucky Draw entry
• All sales are final as per our Refund Policy

8. Delivery

• Postage: RM10 flat rate for West & East Malaysia
• Self-Collect: Free pickup at designated locations
• Delivery timeframe: 7-14 business days after payment confirmation
• Tracking information will be provided via WhatsApp

9. Agent Program

FHSEmpire operates an authorized agent program. Agents are independent promoters who earn commission on referred sales. Agents are bound by separate Agent Terms and must comply with all promotional guidelines set by FHSEmpire.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and materials on this website are the property of FHSEmpire and Faris Helmet Store. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

FHSEmpire shall not be liable for:

• Delays in delivery due to courier or logistic issues
• Technical issues with payment processing beyond our control
• Any loss or damage arising from participation in the Lucky Draw
• Force majeure events affecting the campaign

13. Governing Law
